Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
About the Role:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving excellence and success? We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to manage an Order to Cash team for the Dutch market.
Responsibilities:
Manage an Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
Ensure processes are in place, followed, and up to date
Responsible for ensuring the team handles customer orders and complaints and directs them to the right department
Communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers, and other departments
Follow team results, KPIs, and ensure they are sustainable
Participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company
Requirements:
University Degree or Secondary High School
Native or C2 level Dutch and B1 level English
SAP and Office knowledge
Experience managing teams
Good and persuasive communicator
Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
