Customer Support Specialist for Global Gaming Brand

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sitel Corp. as a Back Office Advisor for a world-renowned video game brand.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, providing top-notch customer support and escalating complex issues related to hardware, software, subscriptions, and online services.

About the Role:

As a Back Office Advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and professional resolution to escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
  • Conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, gathering relevant information from multiple sources, analyzing data, and identifying root causes
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their concerns, provide updates on case status, and deliver resolutions
  • Making informed decisions and recommendations based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or proficient level of Polish (C2) and advanced level of English (C1)
  • Previous experience in customer services or escalation support roles, preferably within the gaming industry or tech support environment
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills in supported languages
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience in handling challenging customer situations
