Customer Service Specialist for Gaming Industry

Situated in Lisbon, Portugal, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a world-renowned gaming brand. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for resolving escalated customer inquiries and technical issues related to hardware, software, and online services.
The ideal candidate will possess native or proficient Polish language skills (C2 level) and advanced English language skills (C1 level). Previous experience in customer services or escalation support roles within the gaming industry is highly valued.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, gathering relevant information from multiple sources, analyzing data, and identifying root causes to determine appropriate solutions. Effective communication with customers via phone, email, or chat will be essential in providing timely and professional resolutions.
This position requires excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills in supported languages. Patience, empathy, and resilience are crucial in handling challenging customer situations. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, is also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complying with company policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements
- Resolving escalated customer inquiries and technical issues
- Gathering information, analyzing data, and determining solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of escalated cases
