Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues. Your primary focus will be on product-related matters, including sports betting, casino games, and poker, as well as cashier-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries mainly via chat and email, and sometimes over the phone.
  • Assess individual issues and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Work in coordination with other teams based at different locations that share similar objectives.
  • Escalate system anomalies and general issues faced by customers to the relevant party.
  • Understand Standard Operating Procedures and deliver service / quality standards to agreed level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Fluent in English (B2 level) and German (C1 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as high interpersonal skill level.
  • Calm manner and ability to work under pressure, confident in answering a wide range of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural environment.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Interest in Sports, Casino, and Poker products would be a benefit.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package, including:

  • A permanent working contract.
  • A base salary (approximately €25,000-€35,000 per year, depending on experience).
  • A meal allowance per working day paid in card.
  • Health Insurance.
  • A hybrid working model (2 days in the office + 3 days at home).
  • Flexibility to take a shift from Monday to Sunday, between 07:30 am and 10 pm.
