Administrative Support Specialist for Gaming Industry

Embark on a career in Lisbon, Portugal as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role involves maintaining core business operations, handling administrative tasks, and delivering deep analysis on customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and organizational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the core business
- Be a first point of contact for resolving escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Dive into escalated cases, gathering relevant information from multiple sources, analyzing data, and seeking solutions to communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of escalated cases to ensure compliance with company standards, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements

- Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit or nationality allowing you to work in an EU-country
Benefits and Salary:
We offer an unfixed-term contract with a 30-day probation period, office-based job, full-time hours (40h/week), Monday-Friday: 09:00-19:00 (GMT), and salary conditions including:
- $16,584/year (plus performance bonus)
- Loyalty Bonus: $300 every 3 months
- Performance bonus
- Meal vouchers
Health insurance after 6 months, paid professional training, and fun company-wide initiatives are also part of our package.
If relocating, we provide assistance with accommodation in the first weeks and finding permanent accommodation, along with flight reimbursement.
