About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Portugal, focusing on cross-industry solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential transformation deals, leading sales cycles, and driving new revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-potential transformation deals across various industries.
  • Lead and run sales cycles, working closely with clients and partners to develop new business opportunities.
  • Drive new revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients and partners.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities, including statements of work and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of cross-industry solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
