About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, patience when communicating and solving issues, and the ability to keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends. Additionally, we require proactive, self-motivated, and great team players who are fluent in English (B2) and have a high level of Dutch (written and oral).

  • Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
