Job Title: Global Marketing Strategy Manager - Life Sciences


We seek a skilled Global Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. As a marketing professional at the forefront of our initiatives, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programs that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.


Your creative mindset and data-driven approach will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies for success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute marketing programs to enhance awareness of Amplexor's brand and value-added services within the life sciences industry.
  • Manage demand gen strategies, including events, account-based campaigns, and digital initiatives aimed at targeted engagement and lead generation.
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning and logistics, ensuring exceptional event experiences and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide detailed reporting on event and campaign performance, analyzing results and suggesting enhancements for future initiatives.
  • Manage client contact databases, personalize direct mailing campaigns, and foster positive relationships with both current and potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to monitor lead progression, gather feedback, and adjust plans to meet targets effectively.
  • Execute channel marketing campaigns to broaden outreach and impact.
  • Oversee budget and ensure timely execution of programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, with a focus on life sciences or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with different marketing channels and techniques: events, paid advertising, emailing, inbound and content, SEO, social media, partnerships, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with other languages valued.
  • Knowledge of North American and EU markets, with familiarity with APAC markets a plus.
  • Growth-driven mindset.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
