We are seeking an experienced Account Management Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver results.
- Degree in Sales or Management.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within a recruiting agency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
