Job Overview

Welcome to the role of Sales Account Growth Specialist with Michael Page. As an Assistant Key Accounts Manager, you will be working closely with the Sales Director to drive growth and profitability through successful negotiation, P&L management, and execution in designated customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and sales skills, financial proficiency, and a results-driven mindset. They should also have high proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and possess strong analytical skills. A university degree in business management or a similar field is required, as well as a minimum of one year of experience in the FMCG sector.

As a Sales Account Growth Specialist, you will support the Sales Director in deploying Annual Customer Plans, produce monthly robust business analytics for every customer, and report monthly SoA and Promotional Activities to Marketing Managers.

Responsibilities

- Negotiate annual agreements with designated customers, supporting the Sales Director;
- Produce monthly robust business analytics for every customer;

Requirements

- Strong negotiation and sales skills;
