We are seeking a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Codacy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our customers through strategic account planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention of our customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Provide expert consultation and enablement to customers to maximize the value they receive from our product
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to understand complex concepts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
