Codacy is looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join their team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will work closely with customers to develop strategies that drive business growth and expansion. You will oversee a sizable book of business, managing around fifty accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction across matrixed stakeholders and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles, with a proven track record of success. They should have hands-on experience in a Series A/Series B startup, where they've thrived in a dynamic environment and worn multiple hats.
Key responsibilities include building trust and securing introductions to other teams/verticals within the same account, creating and implementing customer success plans, and improving product usage through strategic consultation and enablement. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the account management team to negotiate and secure renewals and expansions.
A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment, is essential for this role.
