Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing customer engagement through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the restaurant or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must.
