Strategic Account Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our efforts in growing and expanding our presence in African markets. This role will focus on managing key commercial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Portuguese-speaking countries and islands.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales, with a proven track record of success in quota-carrying roles. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing commercial accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and strategies to expand relationships
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers, leveraging Salesforce's solutions to address business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Marketing, to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
