About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Leader to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing sales effectiveness and enhancing the performance of commercial teams within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams, and innovating existing sales processes with the adoption of cutting-edge digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of Commercial Excellence existing key initiatives such as:

  • Hybrid Selling Implementation

Design and implement Hybrid Selling strategies to integrate both digital and traditional sales channels, optimizing the interaction between the sales team and customers.

Manage the deployment of digital tools that enhance the sales process, ensuring seamless coordination between offline and online sales activities.

Measure the success of Hybrid Selling initiatives and recommend continuous improvements to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes.

Sales Force Training and Development

Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales force, focusing on advanced sales techniques, customer management, digital tools, and the latest trends in healthcare technology.

Coordinate training initiatives to continuously improve the commercial team's skills, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Introduce innovative learning approaches, leveraging digital platforms and gamified content to increase engagement and learning effectiveness.

Sales Compensation Plan Design and Implementation

Design and implement Sales Compensation Plans to align incentives with company goals and drive high performance among the sales force.

Continuously analyze and refine compensation models to ensure they are competitive and motivating for the team, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate compensation strategies with broader company objectives and budgeting processes.

Digital Tools for Commercial Activities

Lead the implementation of digital solutions to streamline and optimize commercial activities, including CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.

Oversee the adoption and integration of digital technologies to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, customer relationship management, and overall sales operations.

Stay updated on the latest trends in digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector, ensuring that the company leverages the most effective technologies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial management roles within environments, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
  • Proven expertise in Project and Program Management, with a strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Hybrid Selling, Sales Compensation, Digital Transformation, Pricing Excellence, and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams, driving innovation, and implementing cutting-edge sales solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to innovate and transform sales processes and adopt new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
