Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Henkel Consumer Brands.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, planning and conducting face-to-face visits, and managing promotional sales cycles.
  • They will also initiate and follow up on commercial partnership relationships with clients, providing full support at all sales steps.
  • A strong ability to handle objections, acquire and implement product knowledge, and demonstrate the product when necessary is essential.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will prepare partnership proposals, reports, and necessary documentation for excellent development of the position.

About You:

  • You have previous sales experience (1 to 3 years), preferably in the professional hair cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and persuasion skills with professionalism are required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft & Apple applications is necessary.
  • Able to operate comfortably in a constantly evolving and highly competitive market segment.
