Blu Selection is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Investigation and Case Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end claims processes, identifying potential fraud, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:- Investigate and resolve complex cases involving damages, liability claims, potential fraud, or brand risk, verifying facts and determining resolutions based on internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on case strategies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims.
- Work closely with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve challenging customer issues.
The ideal candidate will possess native proficiency in French and fluent English, previous experience in claims, fraud investigation, and/or risk analysis, as well as strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
