We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for incidents, problems, and requests from customers
  • Escalate issues as necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations and service level agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken and ensure established processes are followed
Requirements:
  • Technical capability: Work under supervision, supporting standard technical queries related to Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking, and PCs
  • Problem-solving skills: Take ownership of listening to and understanding customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales
  • Service level: Escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service levels and meet or exceed customer expectations/SLAs
  • Team working: Act as a team player and be viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team
  • Personal development: Take ownership of own development and have a development plan in place
