We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in the Netherlands, providing top-notch support to our clients in the medical technology industry.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming customer orders, communicating with Sales and Customer Experience members regarding order entry and fulfillment issues, and ensuring record accuracy throughout the order entry process.

You will also handle order management from entry to delivery, resolve complex customer billing issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Pricing Team, and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate information.

Additionally, you will identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback for process improvement and knowledge database updates.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role;
  • Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives;
  • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce preferred;
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and one other European language;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning;
  • Able to multi-task, adapt to change, and innovate in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues;
  • Able to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions;
  • Basic Excel skills;

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
