The Role
We seek an experienced Business Expansion Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for expanding our business presence in the target territory through strategic lead generation, prospect conversion, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an action plan for expansion into new markets;
- Monitor and report on commercial and marketing activities, providing actionable insights for optimization;
- Establish strong relationships with talented third-party service providers, agencies, and freelancers in the region;
- Promote and organize online and offline events to foster business growth;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or Finance;
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (additional languages such as French or German are a plus);
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of R$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan.
