Key Deliverables
- Maintain after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems based on inputs from various headquarter departments.
- Implement automation projects to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Develop solutions and applications for worldwide warranty and service support processes.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in commercial vehicles or automotive industry; especially technical documentation.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
