Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Coffee Specialist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all front office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and identifying their needs
  • Advising customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services
  • Initiating customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our complete range of products
  • Conducting an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance
  • Maximizing the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories)

Requirements:

  • One- or two-years' experience in customer-facing roles
  • Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
  • Proficiency in English is an asset
  • Good relational and communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and respectfulness required
