About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team at Nestle Business Services. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Nespresso customers via various channels.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working in a hybrid mode/Full remote environment, reporting directly to the Team Lead. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing their queries, concerns, and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and identifying customer needs through various touchpoints, including voice, email, or chat.
  • Providing expert advice on Nespresso products and services, including coffee machines and accessories.
  • Conducting initial analyses of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers to Technical Assistance as needed.
  • Maximizing sales of Nespresso products through proactive recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one to two years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (proficiency in English is an asset).
  • Excellent relational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude.
