Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators. **What you will be doing**: - Provide support to content creators both in **French**and English; - Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products; - Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience; - Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients. **Requirements**: - Fluency in **French**(must be C2) - Communicative level of English language (B2) - **You live Lisbon, Portugal**or you are ready to relocate there - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything **What we offer**: - **Salary without accommodation: 1300 euro gross**: - **Salary with accommodation: 1050 euro gross**: - **Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted)**: **CONTRACT**: - Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) - Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance). **FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration; - Yearly complementary two-way flight ticket to any country within the EU; - Accommodation in one of our company’s shared apartments; - Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more **Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.** ?PORld> Pay: 1,050.00€ - 1,300.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? **Language**: - French (required) - English (required)
