**The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage and resolve team challenges, provide consultative partnership approach and constructive routes to people related solutions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
- Oversee and lead the development of the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in a remote work environment.
- Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures, market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Manage employee onboardings, compliant records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist role; startup experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of people business partnering, employment laws, and regulations in a remote work setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
