**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen operation from pre-opening through to launch and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Menu Engineering: Develop seasonal menus that are both commercially viable and creatively distinctive.
- Cost Control: Maintain tight control over food costs, supplier negotiations, portioning, and waste reduction.
- Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with precision, ensuring the highest standards of consistency and presentation.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated brigade, fostering a professional and disciplined kitchen culture.
- Health & Safety: Uphold HACCP and all relevant food safety regulations to exemplary standards.
- Pre-Opening Excellence: Set up systems, workflows, and operational structures ahead of launch.
- Collaboration: Work closely with ownership to ensure the culinary offer is fully aligned with the brand vision and market positioning.
