A Otovo é a principal plataforma europeia para a venda de sistemas solares fotovoltaicos. O nosso objetivo é tornar a compra e a instalação de sistemas solares fotovoltaicos para residências privadas tão simples e acessíveis quanto possível, impulsionando assim a transição energética na Europa.

Desde a nossa fundação na Noruega em 2016, expandimos com sucesso para outros 9 mercados europeus, incluindo Suécia, Alemanha, Áustria, Espanha, França Itália, Portugal, Polónia e Suíça.

Em fevereiro de 2021, a Otovo foi cotada na Oslo Euronext Growth Stock Exchange, definindo o rumo para uma maior expansão.

A função:

Na tua função de Field Sales Manager (f/m/x), irás garantir que os telhados de Portugal são gradualmente equipados com painéis solares. Acompanharás os nossos clientes no domínio dos sistemas fotovoltaicos, tanto no local como online, e orientá-los-ás ao longo de todo o processo de venda até à celebração digital do contrato. Estarás disponível para eles como ponto de contacto e o teu principal objetivo será gerar clientes felizes e satisfeitos.

O que é esperado de ti:


  • Serás alocado a uma área geográfica de vendas e serás responsável pela apresentação e venda dos nossos sistemas solares aos nossos clientes (B2C).

  • Se necessário, efetuar vendas e consultoria online através de videoconferência.

  • A tua estratégia de vendas basear-se-á em leads altamente qualificadas (sem necessidade de cold calling).

  • Serás apoiado pelo nosso sofisticado processo de vendas, no qual poderás incorporar o teu próprio estilo de vendas.

  • Apresentar as vantagens da carteira de produtos Otovo de forma clara e convincente.

  • Identificar as necessidades e os desejos dos clientes e fechar a venda.

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a nossa equipa de pré-venda e com outros departamentos para assegurar um processo de vendas simples e eficaz.

  • Desenvolver medidas que conduzam a um aumento do volume de negócios.

  • Perseguir sistematicamente os teus objectivos.

O que tu trazes:


  • Pelo menos 2-5 anos de experiência em vendas no terreno.

  • Uma comunicação clara e convincente e por uma atitude cativante.

  • Tem uma “mentalidade de fecho” nas vendas, é curioso e pode familiarizar-se rapidamente com novos tópicos.

  • Gosta de melhorias e questiona sempre o status quo.

  • Fala português ao nível de um falante nativo e tem um bom domínio do inglês para poder comunicar com os seus colegas internacionais ou com clientes estrangeiros que não dominem a língua portuguesa.

  • Curso superior (fator preferencial)
