Experiência prévia em ambiente de contact center Certificação do IPS será valorizada Excelentes capacidades de comunicação verbal e escrita Capacidade de trabalhar em equipas multidisciplinares Orientação e foco para atingimento de resultados Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação à mudança

As tuas futuras funções:

Prospeção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios via e-mail ou telefone; Identificação e qualificação de oportunidades de negócio através de contatos Outbound/Inbound; Gestão da carteira de clientes existente, mantendo um alto nível de relacionamento e satisfação do cliente (Responder aos contatos Inbound, via email ou telefone); Preparação e apresentação de propostas comerciais personalizadas; Negociação e fecho de contratos; Colaboração direta com os Business Managers com vista á otimização do processo de venda.
