A PLACER é uma empresa de Desenvolvimento Imobiliário Integrado “ Full Service ”, especializada em projetos “ Built-to-Suit ”. Integramos na nossa estrutura todas as áreas de desenvolvimento de um projeto imobiliário, desde a Prospeção, Investimento, Arquitetura, Engenharia à Construção.

A nossa carteira de clientes inclui as marcas mais reconhecidas no mercado nacional e internacional de áreas como Retalho, Serviços, Hotelaria, Saúde, Logística e Indústria, como a Tesla, Fitness Hut, Médis, Glovo, entre outros.

PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES – MARKETING MANAGER

O Marketing Manager da PLACER será responsável por todos os temas relacionados com Marketing da empresa, sendo as suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolvimento de toda a estratégia de comunicação e branding da PLACER;
  • Seleção, contratação de equipas externas de Comunicação, Design e Copy;
  • Gestão de todos os meios e materiais de comunicação;
  • Desenvolvimento contínuo da marca PLACER;
  • Desenvolvimento de campanhas de serviços e respetiva gestão de projeto no desenvolvimento de todos os materiais de suporte;
  • Foco relevante em atividades de employer branding.

O Marketing Manager terá um papel chave na gestão da empresa bem como na definição e implementação da estratégia de crescimento para os próximos anos.

A equipa de Marketing da PLACER será constituída apenas pelo Marketing Manager , reportando diretamente ao Head of Business Operations e CEO, sendo expectável o crescimento da equipa ao longo dos próximos anos e evolução da função para Head of Marketing.

Alguns dos principais desafios do Marketing Manager para os próximos anos incluem:

  • Lançamento de novo Branding, incluindo renovação de todos os materiais gráficos, merchandising etc;
  • Desenvolvimento e implementação de raiz de estratégia de comunicação;
  • Nomear e Criar o novo espaço de posicionamento do modelo disruptivo da PLACER no mercado;
  • Seleção e Contratação de equipas externas para colaboração recorrente de gestão de redes sociais, design, copyrighting, estratégia, comunicação etc.;
  • Crescimento da equipa de 25 para 80 pessoas;
  • Crescimento do volume de negócios x5.
EXPERIÊNCIA E ÁREAS DE FORMAÇÃO
  • Experiência de trabalho entre 6 a 12 anos;
  • Será valorizada experiência de trabalho na indústria de desenvolvimento imobiliário, agência ou em departamento de marketing em empresas altamente dinâmicas e fast paced ;
  • Formação Superior em Marketing, valorizando arquitetos e engenheiros civis que se tenham especializado nesta área de atuação.
PERFIL E SOFT-SKILLS
  • Perfil de criativo e polivalente;
  • Perfil de Gestão de Projeto, com capacidade transversal para gerir Copyrighting, Estratégia e Design;
  • Elevado business sense e capacidade de tomada de decisões;
  • Será valorizada experiência e gosto pelas áreas de Investimento Imobiliário, Arquitetura e Construção Civil.
PACOTE SALARIAL
  • Vencimento Bruto Anual inicial entre 30.000€ a 45.000€ +Variável;
  • Contrato de trabalho sem termo;
  • iPhone com tarifário ilimitado;
