Somos uma Empresa do Ramo Hoteleiro

Estamos em busca de um gestor de nível diretor para contribuir com a estruturação de nossa equipe de vendas e impulsionar a geração de receita para um próximo patamar.

O profissional ideal será encarregado de elaborar a estratégia de vendas e liderar a equipe de reservas, vendedores, profissionais de marketing, e também estagiários vinculados a esse setor, além de lidar com contas de médio e grande porte.

É necessário demonstrar entusiasmo pelas vendas nos destinos onde a empresa atua, desenvolvendo estratégias futuras, identificando oportunidades de negócios e superando a concorrência de forma direta.

Requisitos:

  • 5 anos de experiência relevante em vendas e gerenciamento de equipes;
  • Conhecimento sólido em princípios e práticas de vendas, com capacidade de treinar outras pessoas sobre o assunto;
  • Habilidades analíticas e quantitativas avançadas, com capacidade de utilizar dados e métricas para embasar decisões e impulsionar ações;
  • Comprovação de habilidade em influenciar equipes multifuncionais;
  • Capacidade de solucionar problemas, trabalhar sob pressão, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com várias tarefas simultaneamente;
  • Habilidades sólidas em liderança e construção de equipes.
