DescriçãoSales strategy development (Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals; Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats; Sales planning and forecasting);Management and monitoring the sales team;Customer monitoring and management;Contract Negotiation (Lead negotiations with potential buyers; Review and approve sales contracts, Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance);Conduct market research;Develop and manage the sales department budget;Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management;Collaborate with other departments, such as development and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Perfil idealDegree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate sector;Ability to communicate with different stakeholders;Proactive and Committed;Energetic and Organized;High level of negotiation skills;User-friendly computer skills;Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
