Para integrar o negócio de Confectionary, procuramos um

Commercial Development Junior, que terá como principal missão desenvolver e apoiar a implementação de uma estratégia vencedora.

O QUE VAIS FAZER
Material Ponto de Venda

  • Definição das quantidades dos materiais por campanha e Power Period;
  • Briefings às agências criativas no sentido de desenvolver as peças de acordo com as especificações (necessidades, preços, quantidades, transporte );
  • Pedidos de produção e monitorização dos prazos de entrega de modo a não pôr em causa as ações já acordadas com os clientes;
Agências

  • Garantir a excelência na performance das agências em termos de: montagens, gestão e controlo de materiais, faturação, implementação, ações de tasting ou promotoras e armazenagem;

Outros:

  • Receber dos KAM's campanhas e ações acordadas com os clientes e acompanhar as implementações;
  • Apresentações á FV dos resultados das campanhas e dos novos materiais;
  • Receber e encaminhar os vários pedidos de Vendas para colocação de materiais, alterações de lineares, ações de loja;
  • Assegurar que os MPVs a desenvolver são implementáveis e correspondem aos requisitos das diferentes tipologias de clientes;
  • Deteção de oportunidades e desenvolvimento de MPVs adicionais que não estavam previstos;
  • Assegurar armazenagem e disponibilidade de material por área geográfica (ilhas);
  • Monitorizar e controlar stocks de material POP e verificar necessidades;
  • Coordenar com a agência o planeamento e controlo das implementações de material POP de modo a gerar savings;
  • Gestão dos relatórios das ações e análise de desempenho;
  • Negociação dos orçamentos com os fornecedores e controlo da faturação mensal: ações agendadas vs implementações efetuadas;
  • Gestão de ordens de compra e de faturação;
  • Análises de performance de clientes e categorias/marcas nos clientes ou de lojas em específico para análise de resultado das ações feitas nos clientes;
  • Análise dos cardex dos clientes e propostas de melhoria da distribuição das nossas marcas;
  • Coordenação e implementação de planogramas em loja.

ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Marketing ou similar
  • Experiência prévia numa função similar e idealmente em FMCG (preferencial)
  • Bom nível de Inglês (obrigatório)
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de MS Office
  • Fortes competências de comunicação e relação com capacidade de influenciar e impactar positivamente diferentes stakeholders
  • Capacidade analítica e espírito crítico
  • Orientação para resultados e para trabalho em equipa
  • Adaptabilidade, energia e drive
