The Opportunity


We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Partnerships/Affiliate Executive.

You will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Additionally, you will oversee an internal managerial component, providing team leadership to ensure collaborative efforts between upper management and your own team.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating agreements, and optimising performance to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
  • Explore new markets, cultivate networks through networking activities, and engage in collaborative and independent brainstorming sessions to devise innovative approaches for connecting with potential partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Implement strategies to maximise affiliate revenue and ROI, including commission structures, promotions, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to support affiliate initiatives and drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform affiliate strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of affiliate performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3+ years proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships within the iGaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform strategy.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and platforms, such as affiliate tracking software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
