What you'll do:

  • You will design & execute Emma's retail strategy at a fast pace
  • You will create and implement a go to the market strategy for retail strongly aligned with the expansion plan;
  • You will work closely with the Sales Teams and develop a deep understanding of the needs of retailers;
  • You will drive strategic marketing initiatives in the offline world AND for the interaction between the digital and the instore experience;
  • Ensuring a good relationship to our retail partners is a priority and you can balance your work within different interests;
  • You will lead and implement the onboarding process of new retailers across all stakeholders;
  • You are an expert when it is about trade and retail focused product marketing you know how to track, analyze and optimize the results of your efforts;
  • You will lead product launches within the retail spaces;
  • You will help us grow in retail by creating processes for the automatization of our marketing assets, content, and orders of POS tools;
  • As responsible for the retail channel you will be building a strong ambitious team from ground up and leading all retail marketing activities of our brand Emma;
  • You will align closely with our customer insights team to ensure bold customer satisfaction at the POS therefore you work data driven and force continuous optimizations of our marketing and sales activities in store

Who we're looking for:

  • You are entrepreneurial, autonomous, and handson;
  • You are passionate about launching new projects, thinking of MVPs, alternatives, and has autonomous thinking;
  • You hold a university degree;
  • You have strong communication skills and speak fluent English
  • You have experience with retail and B2B;
  • You are an expert when it is about trade and retail focused product marketing;
  • You know how to track, analyze and optimize the results of your efforts;
  • You identify special requirements and are able to think beyond the existing environment;
  • Ensuring a good relationship to our retail partners is a priority and you are able to balance your work within different interests;
  • You implement communication concepts, that stand out by their message and their visuality. You are enthusiastic about innovative retail approaches as well as their implementation and further development
