Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als medewerker klantenservice zijn:

  • Een mentor zijn voor consumenten met vragen over verschillende onderwerpen
  • Het geven van de best mogelijke antwoorden en oplossingen voor vragen en zorgen van klanten op de manier waar jij je het meest vertrouwd in voelt: via de telefoon, via e-mail of social media
  • Het leveren van een rustige en vindingrijke probleemoplossing voor vragen van klanten met betrekking tot hun winkelervaring
  • In contact staan met andere afdelingen en gerelateerde zaken en problemen doorverwijzen naar gerelateerde afdelingen
Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:
  • Je spreekt Nederlands als moedertaal en minimaal B2 in het Engels
  • Kent de waarde en impact die een goede klantervaring kan creëren
  • Je bent een aandachtig luisteraar, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen

Wat zit er voor jou in?

  • Type contract: Een contract voor bepaalde tijd dat elk jaar verlengd kan worden
  • Werktijden: Voltijds (40u/week, 8u/dag) in roterende shifts (ma-zon, 7u - 21u)
  • Opleiding: Heb een kick-start van je carrière met de intensieve training die het bedrijf biedt aan hun nieuwe medewerkers

Salarisvoorwaarden(*): Je hebt 2 opties:

  • Inclusief accommodatie (gedeelde flat, g/w/l inbegrepen): 1040€ bruto/maand
  • Exclusief huisvesting: 1298€ bruto/maand

(*) Vergoeding tijdens de opleidingsperiode indien succesvol (5-20 werkdagen): 50% van uw uurloon (lagere belastingen).

Verhuispakket voor internationale kandidaten:

  • Vergoeding van uw initiële vliegkosten na 9 maanden
  • Luchthaven pick-up en transfer
  • Jaarlijks ticket voor een enkele reis terug naar uw thuisland (binnen de EU)
  • Hulp bij papierwerk, openen bankrekening, enz. bij uw aankomst.
