Funções : Help-Desk e Field Support

Requisitos:

12o ano, Cursos Profissional Equiparado ou preferencialmente Licenciatura na área da Informática,

Experiência em funções de Helpdesk e Field Support ( mínimo 2 anos ),

Sistemas operativos Windows, Linux, Mac Os, Windows Server,

Conhecimentos de Office 365, Microsoft Azure e Sharepoint, Onedrive, Office e Teams,

Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de acesso remoto,

Conhecimento e experiencia no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas de redes,

Nocões de Cibersegurança e Firewalls,

Bons conhecimentos de Hardware,

Bons conhecimentos de Inglês falado e escrito

Bom relacionamento interpessoal e boa capacidade de comunicação.

Elevado sentido de responsabilidade

Disponibilidade para eventuais deslocações pelo país

Carta de condução

Disponibilidade para entrada imediata
