If you’re someone who enjoys owning the entire sales cycle, building strong customer relationships and running outbound campaigns independently, you’ll feel right at home here. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS platform, with a particular advantage if you’ve worked in automotive or insurance technology. You’ll work closely with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them from first contact to close. The job is fully remote, with occasional travel for customer meetings and industry events. What you’ll do Build and manage a regional sales pipeline across your assigned European markets Plan and run outbound sales campaigns independently Identify, qualify and nurture leads to conversion Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners Present our product convincingly to technical and business stakeholders Coordinate demos, proposals and negotiations Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover Travel occasionally for customer visits, meetings and events What we’re looking for 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS Background in automotive or insurance sales is a strong advantage Proven ability to manage and convert a full sales pipeline independently Comfortable running outreach campaigns and handling both inbound and outbound leads Strong communication skills — both written and spoken — in English and your native language(s) A self-starter mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe Compensation Annual salary: €30,000–€50,000 based on experience Performance-based incentives 100% remote work with flexible hours Occasional travel for meetings, training and events If you’re driven, proactive and excited about shaping our growth in Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
