Descrição Participar na definição e implementação dos planos comerciais estratégicos no canal farmácia, em colaboração com o National Sales Manager, os Key Account Managers e com o Diretor de Unidade;Garantir a eficiência operacional da estratégia de vendas, através da monitorização de KPIs definidos e acompanhando a performance de vendas e as atividades comerciais no canal farmácia;Responsável pela análise das vendas e parcerias comerciais;Gestão e análise do CRM de forma a garantir a qualidade dos dados e identificar a informação em linha com as necessidades da estratégia comercial (CRM / IQVIA);Definição e gestão do desenvolvimento das plataformas utilizadas pela equipa comercial de forma a otimizar a gestão do negócio;Comunicar de forma eficiente e colaborativa com a equipa de vendas, de forma a garantir a eficácia e sinergias do canal farmácia;Trabalhar KPIs de segmentação, otimização de equipa, acelerando a digitalização e automação de sistemas, desenvolvendo simultaneamente as competências da equipa de vendas neste sentido.Requisitos Formação académica ao nível do Ensino Superior;Fortes skills de análise, conhecimento avançado em Excel, CRM e Salesforce;Capacidade de planeamento;Orientação para o cliente;Boas skills de comunicação;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;Conhecimentos de inglês.Boa oportunidade de crescimento.
