Sales Specialist

Our Sales Specialists fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits like free hotel stays and airline tickets, and greatly discounted cruise packages.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sell travel certificate packages of tremendous value to customers
- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel addon products with every reservation
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls as required to communicate the value of the packages
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales (upsell/cross-sell), by classifying and recommending appropriate packages.
- Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options.
- Promote product and services, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Contribute to team effort by reaching key performance indicators
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years' experience in Sales
- 2+ years' experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work in schedules/shifts: according to US Market time zone
- Highly proficient in English to communicate effectively over the phone
- Travel and cruise experience highly preferred
- Microsoft proficient and comfortable learning new computer programs and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
**Compensation**:
- Base 800€ / month plus commissions and bonuses
- 400€ - 1200€/ month in commissions
