We are scaling our team at Infraspeak
More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations and IoT/Hardware components.
In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it).
So we are now looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help us improve our sales team's effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
What will you do? You will manage sales tools and systems, ensuring the sales team is proficient in using sales enablement technologies to enhance productivity.You will develop and deliver training sessions focused on sales techniques and tools to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet their targets.You will organize and co-lead sales training workshops, boot camps, and sales kick-offs to ensure the team remains motivated and up-to-date with the latest sales strategies.You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create and maintain up-to-date sales enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and guides tailored to the sales team's needs.You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from the sales team and analyzing performance metrics to continuously refine enablement initiatives.You will provide ongoing support to sales reps, helping them leverage tools and resources efficiently, and addressing any challenges they encounter in their sales processes.Who are we looking for? Training & Coaching Expertise: Experience in delivering effective sales training programs, and the ability to coach and mentor sales reps.Experience with B2B Saas sales, especially consultive and value-based selling.Organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives, from events to training delivery and tool management, ensuring deadlines are met.Experience working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive success.Good verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Industry knowledge (Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Facility Services) is a plus.What do we offer?
