Estamos neste momento a recrutar um Service Delivery Manager que irá supervisionar a prestação de serviços de IT em várias contas globais, garantindo a excelência operacional e a satisfação do cliente. Esta função envolve liderança estratégica na prestação de serviços, gestão de custos e iniciativas de transformação digital, concentrando-se na melhoria contínua e na eficiência operacional.
Principais responsabilidades: Gestão de contas e clientes: Actuar como o principal contacto dos clientes, desenvolvendo relações fortes e de colaboração para promover a satisfação e a qualidade do serviço. Liderança operacional: Liderar uma equipa diversificada em várias regiões para fornecer operações de IT para milhares de utilizadores. Coordenar com equipas on-shore e offshore para atingir os objectivos de prestação de serviços. Planeamento e execução estratégicos: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para otimizar a prestação de serviços, reduzir custos e simplificar processos. Orçamentos operacionais próprios, controlos de despesas e relações com fornecedores terceiros. Gestão de projectos: Conduzir projectos complexos de transformação de IT, assegurando a entrega atempada dentro do âmbito e do orçamento. Facilitar o planeamento, a execução e o controlo da transição de projectos, supervisionando todas as fases do ciclo de vida do projeto. Gestão de riscos e escalonamento: Identificar proactivamente os riscos, gerir as situações e implementar planos de ação corretiva para manter elevados padrões de prestação de serviços. Métricas de desempenho e relatórios: Estabelecer e monitorizar KPIs, acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs) e métricas de desempenho, identificando continuamente oportunidades de melhoria e desenvolvendo estratégias de implementação. Qualificações: Experiência: Mais de 10 anos em prestação de serviços de TI, gerenciamento de projetos e transformação digital, com mais de 5 anos em uma função de liderança gerenciando operações em larga escala e em vários países. Conhecimentos técnicos especializados: A proficiência em processos de ITSM, metodologias ágeis e plataformas de nuvem é altamente valorizada. Formação académica: Formação superior em Ciências da Computação ou numa área técnica relacionada. Certificações: Certificações relevantes em transformação digital, ITSM e metodologias ágeis.
