This role is an individual contributor Department: Sales, EMEA&I Responsibilities You will support the sales team by answering administrative questions to customers, frequent contact via mail and telephone with main customers and distributors all over EMEA, initiate and lead customer notifications and mailings in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers You will support the sales team by being the link between sales and various other functions within the Company (Product Stewardship, Technical department, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) You will record and track complaints in coordination with sales and make sure complaints are properly followed up within the organization You will support sales in sending samples to customers, registering in Salesforce and following up on status You will send quotations to customers and distributors in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers, send out product updates, new pricings, market news to key customers and distributors, compile and maintain commercial contracts, rebate agreements and distributor contracts You will collect, gather and store market research and market insights brochures, articles and other information and make it readily available to sales managers You will participate in the Commercial Team Meetings, keep tracking of action points and notes Decision making You can make decisions related to best practices of managing internal meetings and ways of working to get the proper updates required to successfully suport the Sales Teams and ultimately achieve business results.
