A empresa onde vai trabalhar
Oportunidade única de ingressar numa multinacional de renome a nível mundial, no segmento FMCG. A sua nova função O profissional é responsável por gerir, angariar e visitar clientes atuais e potenciais e coordenar as atividades de vendas da empresa. Profissional no território definido. O principal objetivo desta função é desenvolver o negócio Profissional em termos de crescimento rentável de acordo com os objetivos definidos e gerir o utilizador final na procura de soluções e na gestão das formações.
Principais responsabilidades
- Coordenar e executar as atividades de vendas no território definido, de acordo com os objetivos de vendas e KPIs definidos, seguindo a estratégia de vendas e as normas e protocolos estabelecidos, bem como a coordenação e execução das atividades de vendas dos grupos regionais interterritoriais (sede no território)
- Gestão de contas e de contas TOP e geração de novos negócios (novos clientes) através da gestão de projetos e de pipelines
- Cooperação com parceiros de distribuição e formação sobre produtos/aplicações para a força de vendas dos distribuidores e utilizadores finais, mediante pedido
- Relatórios de contas, atividades e pipelines através do C4C, de acordo com as normas e protocolos estabelecidos
- Planeamento de vendas e orçamento e previsão do volume de negócios esperado e monitorização frequente da atividade e revisão de vendas com a gestão de vendas através do C4C, de acordo com as normas e protocolos estabelecidos
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido
Procuramos um profissional com:
- Conhecimentos na utilização de Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sistemas CRM
- Experiência em comunicação digital (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal
- Boa capacidade de negociação
- Capacidade de estabelecer relações com contactos-chave
- Pensamento e ação empreendedora
- Espírito de equipa
