Grupo farmacêutico português líder na sua área de actuação. Descriçao da oferta O KAM será responsável pela gestão do P&L de grandes contas, desenvolvimento do plano comercial e implementação do Plano de Marketing nos seus clientes, nomeadamente, junto da classe farmacêutica e outras entidades.
Principais responsabilidades Definição e implementação dos planos de marketing por canais/clientes, de acordo com orientações superiores, de forma a cumprir com a estratégia definida; Elaborar relatórios com indicadores de gestão, de forma a monitorizar o desempenho de vendas dos vários clientes, bem como analisar a rentabilidade dessas ações, com vista à maximização de resultados; Promover a Imagem do(s) Produto(s) junto dos clientes internos e externos, de forma a garantir a devida projeção no mercado; Visitar, regularmente, os clientes e/ou pontos de venda definidos com vista a avaliar a evolução do negócio, fazer propostas, garantir a correta implementação das ações promocionais; Formar as equipas de vendas dos clientes, assegurando a correta aquisição de conhecimentos, com vista a garantir a maximização do negócio. Perfil desejado Formação académica em Gestão, Marketing, Ciências Farmacêuticas, ou área similar; Experiência de, pelo menos, 5 anos em gestão de grupos de farmácia e modern trade/parafarmácia (grandes retalhistas); Experiência comprovada em negociações com grandes contas; Capacidade de analise de dados de mercado e relatórios de vendas; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação; Proatividade e iniciativa para desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio; Orientação para resultados e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
