Como Customer Support Specialist (PT), serás a voz da Batch, apoiando os nossos retalhistas e os seus clientes, garantindo a melhor experiência possível. Desempenharás também um papel crucial na coordenação das questões diárias dentro da equipa.ResponsabilidadesA equipa de Operações é responsável por gerir de A a Z as operações dos retalhistas, armazéns e estafetas para proporcionar uma experiência excecional a todas as partes interessadas envolvidas.Este é um dia típico na Batch:Prestar assistência aos nossos clientes através de email, chat, telefone, entre outros. Isto implica responder a perguntas dos retalhistas, dos seus clientes e resolver problemas operacionais diários para transformar os clientes da Batch em fãs.Garantir que os pedidos são entregues aos clientes conforme prometido e/ou que estes são mantidos informados de quaisquer desvios relevantes.Coordenar com os nossos parceiros de entrega a melhor solução para incidentes potenciais.Assegurar que os incidentes são resolvidos adequadamente e com altos níveis de satisfação.Coordenar com o restante da equipa para garantir que os nossos clientes recebem a resposta mais adequada às suas perguntas.Auxiliar em tarefas administrativas gerais conforme necessário.Perfil IdealProficiência em Português: A maioria das interações com os nossos clientes são em Português.Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente: Experiência anterior em funções de atendimento ao cliente é valorizada, desenvolvendo habilidades de resolução de problemas e gestão de conflitos.Excelentes Habilidades de Comunicação: Capacidade para explicar conceitos complexos de forma clara e concisa, tanto por escrito como verbalmente, assegurando uma comunicação eficaz com os clientes.Forte Orientação para o Cliente: Procuramos pessoas que tenham gosto em ajudar os outros e que se esforcem por criar experiências de apoio que excedam as expectativas dos clientes.Adaptabilidade: Capacidade para se adaptar a mudanças rápidas no ambiente de trabalho e responder de forma flexível às necessidades dos clientes e da empresa.Habilidade para Resolver Problemas: Capacidade para identificar rapidamente as necessidades dos clientes e encontrar soluções criativas e eficazes para resolver problemas.(Bónus) Conhecimentos de Logística: Familiaridade com conceitos de logística e processos de entrega
