We are looking for a customer-focused and problem-solving Customer Support Representative fluent in Italian to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking clients, resolving inquiries, and providing high-quality support. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product usage, account setup, and general support needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide effective assistance.
Log and document customer interactions and issues using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written).
