Vale de Cambra, PortugalMain Activities and Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of business strategy to drive company growth (footprint and business lines); Possess deep knowledge of products and value propositions to generate ideas for new revenue streams; Prepare and build business proposals, including cases, for new initiatives aimed at company growth; Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to increase revenues (in current or new business lines/geographies); Research opportunities and viable income streams to expand Colep's Packaging portfolio; Market intelligence: Conduct market studies with a focus on industry trends, locally and internationally, to identify new business opportunities; New technology developments: Manage projects to identify, map and convert business strengths and market potential into revenue streams; M&A: Coordinate and support acquisition initiatives, including market studies, value analysis, business case design and the negotiation and implementation of deals to expand the company's footprint.We are looking for:Degree in Engineering or Management; 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management and 3-5 years in commercial roles; Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish; Solid knowledge of Management and Organisation, Business Capacities, Financial Literacy, Strategic and Analytical Skills, Stakeholder Management, Market Intelligence, Operations and M&A; Experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on leadership and results orientation; Ability to work in a team with a proactive attitude; Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and interpersonal relations; High emotional intelligence, with emphasis on self-motivation, resilience and adaptability to change; Availability to travel.What we offer:Salary according to the job function; Integration in a multinational environment, with continuous opportunities for career development; Good working environment; Multicultural company; Continuous learning.If you relate to this profile and would like to join a truly international environment, please send us your CV#J-18808-Ljbffr
