responsabilidades chave
giving customers a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and quality KPIs;
providing consumers with most appropriate information and correct solution, aligned with customer query and according to Buyer's procedures and processes;
adding sales whenever possible, suiting both the company and customer needs;
operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations.
competências
native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;
principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
base salary of 1000€/month;
performance bonus up to 100€/month;
meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
schedule: monday to saturday, between 7am and 7pm (rotational shifts)
days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
working contract: 6 months (renewable);
