Estamos à procura de Logistics Technical Support Specialist para a nossa equipa da Logística , na Azambuja, e acreditamos que seremos #betterwithyou

Contamos contigo para…

Assegurar a realização das atividades de suporte funcional às operações no entreposto logístico;

Garantir a parametrização de tabelas de controlo e afinação de parâmetros , que contribuem para um melhor desempenho do sistema;

Realizar a auditoria de indicadores operacionais / metodologias de trabalho e respetiva identificação de ações de melhoria / corretivas, visando assim contribuir para operações logísticas mais otimizadas e eficientes;

Acompanhamento na implementação de novos projetos internos à logística ou transversais.

Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Eletrónica, Mecânica ou Gestão Industrial - estas áreas proporcionam conhecimentos técnicos fundamentais para entender e resolver problemas em sistemas logísticos e em processos industriais.

Conhecimento de ferramentas de apoio à função (Excel, SQL) - para gestão e manutenção dos sistemas logísticos.

Conhecimentos das ferramentas de qualidade Lean/Kaizen e de projetos de melhoria - para identificar áreas de melhoria e implementar práticas que melhorem a operação, aumentando a qualidade e a produtividade das operações logísticas.

Domínio da língua inglesa - para compreensão da documentação e materiais técnicos, assim como comunicação com interlocutores de outros países (se necessário).

Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações - podem ser necessárias deslocações em contexto de trabalho.

Capacidade analítica e conceptual na resolução de problemas - para diagnosticar problemas técnicos e interpretar dados, assim como propor soluções.

Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente - para explicar soluções técnicas de forma clara e eficaz, facilitando a implementação rápida de soluções e o alinhamento entre as partes envolvidas.

Curiosidade intelectual - para procurar continuamente melhorias e a manter-se atualizado sobre novas tecnologias e metodologias de logística.
