Unit4 w Polsce zajmuje sie rozwojem systemów klasy ERP i HR, sprzedawanych pod wspólna marka TETA. Firma oferuje system TETA HR, bedacy liderem na rynku HR kadrowo-placowym, oraz TETA ERP, system zorientowany na ludzi, który automatyzuje biezaca prace na rzecz sprawniejszych dzialan strategicznych. W zwiazku z dynamicznym rozwojem ekosystemu partnerów w Polsce, Unit4 Polska poszukuje osoby na stanowisko Partner Manager. Osiaganie wyznaczonych celów sprzedazowych na przydzielonym terenie na podstawie kwartalu i roku. Zarzadzanie ogólnymi relacjami z kazdym zarzadzanym partnerem dla Unit4, opracowywanie kompleksowych wspólnych planów biznesowych wejscia na rynek dla kazdego zarzadzanego partnera. Wspieranie partnerów w kwalifikacji potencjalnych klientów, rozwijaniu i realizacji nowych mozliwosci sprzedazy. Prowadzenie partnerów w zakresie niezbednego szkolenia i zapewnienie wsparcia ich wzrostu. Zarzadzanie dodatkowymi mozliwosciami sprzedazy przez resellerów – tworzenie mozliwosci w CRM, tworzenie wycen i zarzadzanie procesem sprzedazy oraz cotygodniowa prognoza dla tych transakcji. Wspieranie sprzedazy bezposredniej we wszystkich mozliwosciach wspólsprzedazy obejmujacych zarzadzanych partnerów, zapewniajac, ze partnerzy dostarczaja wymagane elementy jako pelnoprawny czlonek procesu sprzedazy. Zapewnienie, ze zarzadzani partnerzy sa na biezaco z umowami z Unit4 oraz zarzadzanie wszelkimi negocjacjami, odnowieniami, zmianami i przedluzeniami umów. Zarzadzanie fakturowaniem, rozliczeniami i eskalacjami subskrypcji zwiazanych z partnerami, którymi zarzadzamy, i ich posrednimi klientami. Wspólpraca ze sprzedaza bezposrednia w celu identyfikacji potencjalnych nowych partnerów i ocena ich przydatnosci z szerszym zespolem partnerskim. Jesli zostana wybrani, zarzadzanie wdrazaniem i doskonaleniem partnera, aby stal sie skutecznym sprzedawca oprogramowania Unit4. Czego oczekujemy: Co najmniej 5 lat doswiadczenia w pracy w sprzedazy i z partnerami w firmie SaaS. Wykazane umiejetnosci zarzadzania partnerami i przywództwa. Doswiadczenie w pracy z wieloma partnerami i komfort pracy w przedsiebiorczym srodowisku. Doswiadczenie w budowaniu partnerstw w celu zwiekszenia sprzedazy i doswiadczenia klienta. Silne umiejetnosci komunikacyjne, bardzo analityczne i zdolnosc do zrozumienia zlozonych koncepcji technologicznych. Energiczny gracz zespolowy - przynosi innowacyjne pomysly do zespolu oraz promuje najlepsze praktyki. Udowodniona zdolnosc do pracy w zespole i wspólpracy; z niezalezna odpowiedzialnoscia.
